Michelle Nagler

Michelle Nagler is the SVP Publisher of the Random House Books for Young Readers Group, overseeing traditional trade publishing under Books for Young Readers as well as Random House Graphic, Random House Brands, and Labyrinth Road. In addition to eagerly launching new author and illustrator careers every season, Michelle and her team are the caretakers of long-running marquee imprints and series including Little Golden, Richard Scarry, Step into Reading, Magic Tree House, and more. They publish titles ranging from board and picture books through Young Adult, including graphic novels and a line of global comics under the InkPop imprint. While she edits selectively, she is always happy to direct a project into the right editor’s hands. Throughout her career, Michelle has been a passionate advocate for kid-friendly books that help children fall in love with reading!
